Refunds on Purchases
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
from the Plymouth Historical Museum. If there is any problem with the purchased
item when you receive it, please contact the Museum's Executive Director
Liz Kerstens.
Refunds for the purchase price will be given if the item is returned within 30
days of purchase, provided you make contact with the Museum before returning the
item.
Shipping Methods and Times
The Plymouth Historical Society/Museum is run almost entirely
by volunteers. Museum Store staff is only available for shipping on Wednesdays and
Fridays. Orders will be shipped on those days.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method because it is
traceable.
